Our Vision: The Financially Well Society (and Beyond)
My journey with this philosophy began in personal finance, culminating in my book, "The CFO in You," which introduces the "Personal Financial Audit." This framework challenges individuals to treat their financial lives with the precision and strategic foresight of a corporate CFO.
The success of such a personal audit, however, quickly reveals a larger truth: if we all adopt this mindset—of auditing, experimenting, and building—we can transform not just individual lives, but entire communities and economies into a Financially Well Society.

Johnny Huong is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) practitioner based in Malaysia, dedicated to helping individuals and families move from a state of financial anxiety to one of clarity and control.

He is the author of The CFO in You, a book that introduces his framework, the "Personal Financial Audit"—a system designed to empower people to manage their personal finances with the discipline and confidence of a world-class Chief Financial Officer. His work is built on the belief that financial planning is not complicated, but a straightforward process that anyone can master with the right framework.

Through his writing and future advisory work, Johnny aims to spark a national conversation about financial literacy and build a new standard of wellness and transparency. He lives in Johor with his wife and son.
